| Personnel: With a background of over 12 years in technical sales in New York State, IPS was started in 2001 by Scott D. Hall. Before working as a manufacturer's representative, Scott focused on Industrial Product Development for an adhesive and film coating manufacturer. He holds a BA and an MBA in Marketing and Finance, and has completed continuing education in Electrical Engineering, Design For Plastics, Problem Solving and Strategic Planning. |
